Individual Flexibility Agreement (Agmt Covered) |

This document will assist you in creating an Individual Flexibility Agreement for an Enterprise Agreement covered employee (that is, an employee covered by an enterprise agreement made pursuant to the Fair Work Act since 1 July 2009). An Individual Flexibility Agreement will allow the employer and an employee to vary the effect of certain terms of the Enterprise Agreement, so that the Agreement is more customised towards that employee’s individual circumstances.
